Where We Ship

DIVETIA currently ships to addresses within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Costs & Methods

Insured U.S. shipping is $19.95 on orders below $269. Complimentary insured U.S. shipping is included on orders of $269 or more.

  • All shipments include tracking and are fully insured from our door to yours.

Signature Protection

To protect valuable shipments, signature confirmation may be required at delivery.

  • If required, please ensure an adult is available at the shipping address to sign for the package.
  • We cannot ship to PO Boxes, except for supported military APO/FPO addresses.

Order Processing & Timelines

  • In-stock items: Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and packed before it ships.
  • Pre-order items: Please allow approximately 6–10 weeks for production and delivery unless a different estimate is shown on the product page or at checkout. We will email you updates as your piece moves through production.

Pre-Order Cancellations

Pre-orders, other than solid-gold made-to-order pieces, may be canceled for a full refund to the original payment method at any time before the package is accepted and scanned by the carrier.

Solid-gold made-to-order pieces are final sale once ordered and cannot be canceled or voluntarily returned. Exceptions apply if DIVETIA misses the estimated shipping timeline disclosed at purchase, sends the wrong item, approves a damage or genuine-defect claim, or applicable law requires a remedy.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to update with the carrier.
  • You can also view your order status by logging into your account on our website.

Delays & Lost Packages

Carrier delays can happen. If your package is delayed or you suspect it is lost, contact us promptly at hello@divetiajewelry.com. Because orders are insured and may require a signature, we will work directly with the carrier to investigate.
