Materials and Gemstone Disclosure

DIVETIA charms are offered in rhodium-plated .925 sterling silver and solid 14K yellow gold. Solid 14K gold charms are made to order. Each product page identifies the material and gemstones for the selected piece. Our gemstones — including but not limited to sapphires, pink and white diamonds, DIVETIA Blue ice blue diamonds, and emerald accents in select designs — are laboratory-grown (laboratory-created). They are chemically, physically, and optically identical to their mined counterparts, produced in controlled laboratory environments.

Lab-grown gemstones are not imitation or simulant stones. They are lab-grown gemstones, responsibly created in controlled laboratory environments.

All materials and gemstone origins are disclosed on individual product pages. DIVETIA complies with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Jewelry Guides (16 CFR Part 23) for gemstone marketing and disclosure.

Precious Metals and Finishes

Our sterling-silver pieces use .925 silver: 92.5% silver alloyed with other metals. The silver collection has a rhodium-plated finish for a bright surface and added tarnish resistance. The rhodium finish can wear over time and benefits from gentle care.

All prices on this website are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Pre-order prices are locked at the time of purchase and will not change even if prices are later adjusted.

Country of Origin

Our sterling-silver charms are manufactured in India. Our sterling-silver necklaces and bracelets are sourced from Poland. Country-of-origin information accompanies each product as applicable. All products are sold in the United States and comply with applicable US customs and trade regulations, including proper country of origin marking as required by US Customs and Border Protection (19 CFR 134).


Limitation of Liability

DIVETIA jewelry is intended for normal personal wear. We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse, improper care, unauthorized alterations, or exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or harsh environments. Please refer to the care instructions included with your purchase.
