Materials and Gemstone Disclosure

All DIVETIA jewelry is crafted with sterling silver (.925) finished with rhodium plating. Our gemstones — including but not limited to sapphires, pink diamonds, and DIVETIA Blue ice blue diamonds — are laboratory-grown (laboratory-created). They are chemically, physically, and optically identical to their mined counterparts, produced in controlled laboratory environments.

Lab-grown gemstones are not imitation or simulant stones. They are lab-grown gemstones, responsibly created in controlled laboratory environments.

All materials and gemstone origins are disclosed on individual product pages. DIVETIA complies with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Jewelry Guides (16 CFR Part 23) for gemstone marketing and disclosure.


FTC Compliance

DIVETIA adheres to the FTC Jewelry Guides, which govern how jewelry products are described, marketed, and sold in the United States. This includes:

  • Accurate use of gemstone names with clear "laboratory-grown" or "lab-grown" qualifiers.
  • Truthful representation of metal content (sterling silver, .925).
  • No use of the word "real" or "natural" to describe lab-grown gemstones.
  • All product descriptions reflect the actual materials used.

Sterling Silver Standard

All DIVETIA pieces are crafted with .925 sterling silver, meaning 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% copper alloy, in accordance with the National Stamping Act. Each piece is finished with a rhodium plating for enhanced durability and tarnish resistance.


California Proposition 65 Notice

DIVETIA is committed to product safety. Our jewelry is crafted with sterling silver and rhodium plating, which are not expected to contain lead or cadmium at levels of concern. We work with our manufacturing partners to test materials and ensure compliance with applicable safety standards.


Product Safety and Testing

DIVETIA jewelry is manufactured by established partners who follow quality control standards for precious metal jewelry. We request material safety testing — including lead and cadmium analysis — from our manufacturing partners to verify that our products meet or exceed applicable safety thresholds for adult jewelry, including:

  • ASTM F2999 (Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Adult Jewelry)
  • California Proposition 65 Safe Harbor levels

DIVETIA jewelry is designed and marketed for adults. It is not intended for children under 12 years of age.

The DIVETIA name, logo, product designs, and all original content on this website are the property of Divetia LLC and are protected by applicable trademark and copyright laws. Our trademark application is currently pending with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.

All prices on this website are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Pre-order prices are locked at the time of purchase and will not change even if prices are later adjusted.

We make every effort to display accurate product information. However, we reserve the right to correct errors, update pricing, limit quantities, or cancel orders at any time, with a full refund of any amount paid.


Country of Origin

DIVETIA charms are manufactured in India. Our necklaces and bracelets are sourced from Poland. All products are sold in the United States and comply with applicable US customs and trade regulations, including proper country of origin marking as required by US Customs and Border Protection (19 CFR 134).


Limitation of Liability

DIVETIA jewelry is intended for normal personal wear. We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse, improper care, unauthorized alterations, or exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or harsh environments. Please refer to the care instructions included with your purchase.
