Every DIVETIA design is created in-house and brought to life by skilled artisans. We're involved in every detail — from concept to final piece.

Every DIVETIA charm features a signature openable lock with a flush-set ice blue lab-grown diamond inside. It is our mark of authenticity and the detail that makes each charm unmistakably DIVETIA.

In-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your package ships.

Complimentary insured U.S. shipping is available on orders $299+. Orders below $299 ship for $19.95. Tracking is included, and signature may be required at delivery.

To help protect higher-value shipments, signature confirmation may be required at delivery. If a signature is required for your order, the carrier tracking details will show it.

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.

We accept returns postmarked within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

Yes. To cover the cost of insured return shipping and professional refinishing/inspection, we deduct a restocking fee from your refund:

• Silver Items: 15% of the item's value.
• Gold Items: 15% of the item's value.

The fastest way to exchange is to initiate a return for Store Credit. If you choose Store Credit, we waive all restocking fees, giving you the full value to purchase your new piece immediately.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for our experts to inspect the item. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Yes. DIVETIA uses lab-grown diamonds. They have the same essential chemical, physical, and optical properties as mined diamonds and are selected for their brilliance and quality.

Our colored gemstones are lab-grown sapphires and emeralds. They are real gemstones—not glass or cubic zirconia—and share the same essential chemical and physical properties as their mined counterparts. Each stone is selected for its color and brilliance.

Our current collection is crafted in solid .925 sterling silver with a rhodium finish. Rhodium gives the silver a bright appearance and adds tarnish resistance.

Our .925 sterling silver pieces have a rhodium finish that helps resist tarnishing. Like any plated finish, its longevity depends on wear and care. Avoid chlorine, harsh chemicals, perfume, and prolonged water exposure, and store pieces dry when they are not being worn.

All DIVETIA charms are designed to attach to DIVETIA necklaces and bracelets. They may also fit other necklaces or bracelets when the link, ring, or connector fits inside the charm’s openable lock. Because hardware varies, check the connection point before wearing a DIVETIA charm on non-DIVETIA jewelry.

Yes. DIVETIA necklaces include a 50 cm chain plus a 4 cm extender, so you can wear them from 50 cm up to 54 cm depending on your neckline, layering, and charm stack.

DIVETIA bracelets are 7.5 inches (19 cm) long. Measure around your wrist where you plan to wear the bracelet, then allow room for your preferred fit and any charms you plan to add. See our Size & Fit Guide for measuring help.

Store each piece dry in its DIVETIA box or a soft jewelry pouch. Avoid chlorine, harsh chemicals, perfume, lotions, and prolonged water exposure. Clean gently with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.

We don't recommend it. Prolonged water exposure, chlorine, and soap can affect the rhodium finish over time. The best rule: put your jewelry on last when getting dressed, and take it off first when undressing.
