What are DIVETIA paw charms made of? Paw Promise is rhodium-finished sterling silver with lab-grown sapphire, white-diamond, or pink-diamond paw stones and a DIVETIA Blue lab-grown diamond signature stone.

Can a paw charm be engraved or hold ashes? No. Paw Promise is a keepsake to wear, without an ash compartment. DIVETIA does not offer engraving or custom work.

What chain does it go on? Its lock attaches to compatible DIVETIA necklaces and bracelets, including Rolo and Paperclip designs. Fit on another chain depends on its actual links; check the size guide or ask us first.

Paw charm questions

Are the stones real? Yes. Lab-grown sapphire is sapphire, and lab-grown diamond is diamond. Laboratory origin is disclosed; these are not imitation stones sold as the gems they resemble.

Is it a good gift after someone loses a pet? It can be, if they like jewelry and would welcome a wearable reminder. Ask when unsure, especially if they want an ash-holding piece or personalized engraving, which Paw Promise does not provide.

How do I look after it? Avoid water, perfume, lotion, and harsh cleaners. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear and store separately in a dry pouch or box. Do not use abrasive silver polish on the rhodium finish.

What does the certificate mean? A Certificate of Authenticity accompanies the piece. It is not described here as an independent laboratory grading report; contact us if you need details before choosing.
